2026 Giving Back Raffle Benefiting Ronald McDonald House Charities® of San Diego Official Rules and Regulations

I. General Information

Ronald McDonald House Charities of San Diego, Inc. ("RMHC-SD"), a nonprofit organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, is conducting this raffle as allowed under California Penal Code Section 320.5, to raise funds for ongoing charitable purposes. The Rules and Regulations of the RMHC-SD raffle are set forth below. By purchasing a Raffle Ticket, the purchaser agrees to be bound by these rules and regulations. RMHC-SD's interpretation and application of the rules and regulations shall be final.

All Raffle Tickets are included in the Grand Prize Drawing. No more than 70,000 Raffle Tickets will be sold. Tickets will not be sold after 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on June 26, 2026. Tickets may sell out before that time. The Grand Prize Drawing will take place on July 17, 2026, subject to rescheduling, as more particularly described below. An independent auditor will supervise the drawing. Raffle Tickets that meet certain eligibility requirements may also be awarded entry or entries into separate bonus drawings for more prizes, such as Early Bird or Multi-Ticket Drawings. Winners need not be present to win a prize in any drawing.

According to the IRS, amounts paid for chances in raffles, lotteries or similar drawings for valuable prizes are not gifts, and consequently, do not qualify as deductible charitable contributions.

AS CONSIDERATION FOR THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN THE RAFFLE, EACH PARTICIPANT WAIVES, RELEASES AND FOREVER DISCHARGES RMHC-SD, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES, ATTORNEYS, VOLUNTEERS, AND CONSULTANTS, FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY OF ANY KIND FOR RIGHTS, CLAIMS, DEMANDS, ACTIONS, INJURIES, LOSSES, COSTS, EXPENSES, INCLUDING ATTORNEYS' FEES, OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DAMAGES ARISING IN TORT, CONTRACT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, IN CONNECTION WITH, OR, AS A RESULT OF, PARTICIPATION IN THE RAFFLE, WINNING ANY PRIZE, OR ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE. FURTHERMORE, EACH WINNER AGREES TO DEFEND, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS RMHC-SD ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES, ATTORNEYS, VOLUNTEERS AND CONSULTANTS FROM ANY AND ALL LOSSES, DAMAGES, RIGHTS, CLAIMS, EXPENSES, INCLUDING ATTORNEYS' FEES, AND ACTIONS OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM, IN CONNECTION WITH, OR AS A RESULT OF, PARTICIPATING IN THE RAFFLE OR WINNING, ACCEPTING, POSSESSING, USING OR MISUSING ANY PRIZE.

FURTHER, EACH PARTICIPANT HEREBY WAIVES THE PROVISIONS OF CIVIL CODE SECTION 1542, WHICH STATES THE FOLLOWING:

A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS WHICH THE CREDITOR DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE, WHICH IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER MUST HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS OR HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR.

CERTAIN PRIZE WINNERS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE GRAND PRIZE WINNER, WILL BE REQUIRED TO SIGN A WRITTEN AGREEMENT CONFIRMING THE ABOVE-DESCRIBED RELEASE AND WAIVER AS A CONDITION TO RECEIVING SUCH PRIZE(S).

II. Raffle Tickets

Single Raffle Tickets are $150 each. Discounted, Multi-Ticket packs will be sold at the following prices: 3-packs consisting of three (3) Raffle Tickets are $400 and 5-packs consisting of five (5) Raffle Tickets are $550. Only one method of payment, one name, and one mailing address are permitted per Raffle Ticket or Raffle Ticket pack ("ticket transaction"). Only one eligible person may be entered in the raffle per ticket transaction. If the name of more than one person is submitted with a ticket transaction, and the Raffle Ticket or a Raffle Ticket from the Raffle Ticket pack is selected as a winning Raffle Ticket, then the person named first will be deemed the holder of record of that ticket and declared the winner. Division of any prize by a group purchasing a Raffle Ticket in common shall be the sole responsibility of the person named as the holder of record of that Raffle Ticket, should that Raffle Ticket be selected as a winner.

RMHC-SD reserves the right to refuse to accept or reject any entry for any reason, including but not limited to entries submitted with payments that do not constitute "good funds", e.g. funds fully and immediately available for withdrawal. RMHC-SD reserves the right to require an alternate payment method. Prior to the Grand Prize Drawing, RMHC-SD will make a reasonable effort to notify any individual whose entry is not accepted or is rejected. RMHC-SD will attempt to make contact from the information provided at the time of the attempted ticket purchase. RMHC-SD assumes no responsibility for lost, late, misdirected or non-delivered packages or fax messages, or any other failure to receive orders or deliver receipts prior to the drawing deadlines. All defective or physically altered entries will be immediately disqualified by RMHC-SD.

A RAFFLE PARTICIPANT'S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR A BREACH OR ERROR BY RMHC-SD SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE RETURN OF THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID FOR HIS OR HER RAFFLE TICKET(S). IN NO EVENT SHALL RMHC-SD, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, ATTORNEYS, VOLUNTEERS, CONSULTANTS OR REPRESENTATIVES BE LIABLE TO ANY PARTY FOR ANY LOSS OR INJURIES TO EARNINGS, PROFITS OR GOODWILL, OR FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES TO ANY PERSON OR ENTITY WHETHER ARISING IN CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

III. How to Purchase:

Any eligible individual may purchase as many Raffle Tickets or Raffle Ticket packs as they may wish, subject to availability.

Ticket(s) or ticket packs may be purchased one of five ways. (1) Go to orders.sdraffle.com and follow instructions to submit order information via SMS text. (2) Print the order form provided at www.sdraffle.com and fax the order form to 619-916-3892. (3) Call 1-888-824-9939 to place an order by phone and provide name, address, and phone number along with credit card number, credit card security code and expiration date. All major credit cards are accepted. Phone lines are open 24 hours. (4) Place an order in-person at RMHC-SD, located at 2929 Children's Way, San Diego, CA 92123, between 7:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. local time. (5) Mail an order form with payment to RMHC-SD Giving Back Raffle, 2929 Children's Way, San Diego, CA 92123.

Tickets cannot be purchased by email. Any entry form submitted by email will be rejected. All entries must include payment by check, cashier's check, money order, cash, or credit card. No refunds will be made except under the following circumstances: (1) a ticket order whose payment is received after 70,000 Raffle Tickets have been sold; or (2) a ticket order whose payment is received after June 26, 2026. No other refunds are available except at the exclusive discretion of RMHC-SD. RMHC-SD assumes no responsibility for lost, late, misdirected or non-delivered packages or fax messages, or any other failure to receive orders or deliver receipts prior to drawing deadlines.

IV. Selection of Grand Prize Drawing Winners:

The Giving Back Raffle Grand Prize Drawing will be held on July 17, 2026 with all eligible Raffle Tickets. The Grand Prize Drawing will be held under the supervision of an independent auditor. Winners need not be present to win. The list of winners will be posted on www.sdraffle.com or may also be obtained from RMHC-SD by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to RMHC-SD Giving Back Raffle, 2929 Children's Way, San Diego, CA 92123 within 30 days of the drawing.

Winners will be notified according to the contact information provided to RMHC-SD at the time of ticket purchase. RMHC-SD will notify all winners by email and then US mail. All cash prize winners will be notified by telephone and then by email and US mail.

If the grand prize winner cannot be located by 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time on July 24, 2026, after RMHC-SD has attempted to contact the winner from the information provided at the time of ticket purchase, the winner will be deemed to have selected the respective one-time cash alternate prize. Another winner will not be selected for such prize.

In order to collect their prize, a ticket winner from any drawing may be required to sign and deliver to RMHC-SD: (a) such written information as is required by any applicable tax and/or real estate laws, including, without limitation, his or her Social Security Number; and (b) proof of identity in forms satisfactory to RMHC-SD showing that the person claiming the prize is the same person who is named on the winning Raffle Ticket.

A winner of any prize valued at $600 or more may be required to submit a W-2G, Form 5754, Form W-9 or similar tax form for tax reporting and/or withholding purposes. If tax forms are required for a prize win, the completed forms must be received by RMHC-SD no later than December 31, 2026, to claim the prize, otherwise the prize will be considered forfeited. A winner of any prize valued at $1,500 or more may be required to remit mandatory state or federal withholding to RMHC-SD. If withholding is required, the winner must remit the full balance of the withholding to RMHC-SD within 10 business days of his or her prize election. If payment is not received within 10 business days, the prize will become the cash alternative and RMHC-SD will remit the balance of the cash prize to the winner after subtracting the withholding amount.

Prizes are taxable in the year the prize is distributed, either the date the check was issued or when the physical prize was provided. For example, if someone won a cash prize in 2026 but did not receive the check until January 16, 2027, we would issue their tax forms for the tax year 2027. These forms would be mailed to the winner by January 31, 2028. The IRS recognizes that the date won in Box 2 of IRS form W-2G may not be the date winnings are actually paid, and it's appropriate to report the winnings in the year the funds were remitted.

V. Eligibility:

The raffle is open to any individual who is 18 years of age or older and in the state of California at the time of ticket purchase. RMHC-SD employees, and RMHC-SD authorized agents and vendors assisting RMHC-SD in conducting the raffle are excluded from participating and are not eligible to win a prize and neither are members of the Board of Trustees, their spouses, and dependent children of the same household. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. The raffle is void where prohibited or restricted by law. An affidavit of eligibility may be required of prize winners.

VI. Prizes:

RMHC-SD TAKES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE WINNER'S TAX LIABILITIES. CONSULT YOUR TAX ADVISOR.

The grand prize is the house ("House") located in Del Mar, California and referenced in all raffle materials and on www.sdraffle.com. A minimum of 60,000 Raffle Tickets must be sold by 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on June 26, 2026, for the grand prize winner to have a choice of: (1) the House; (2) an annuity of $5,000,000 paid over 20 years; or (3) a one-time $4,000,000 cash payment. The grand prize winner must make his or her prize election in writing, choosing the House, the annuity, or a one-time cash payment no later than 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time on July 24, 2026. If the grand prize winner does not designate his or her prize choice in writing by this time, he or she will be awarded the $4,000,000 cash payment.

If fewer than 60,000 tickets are sold by 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on June 26, 2026, the raffle will be held as scheduled, and the grand prize will be a one-time $1,000,000 cash payment. All other prizes will be awarded as described in these rules.

If the grand prize winner chooses the House as his or her prize, the grand prize winner assumes all fees, local, state and federal taxes (including, but not limited to, income taxes based on the value of the House), financing costs (including, but not limited to, closing costs, title insurance, and transfer tax and fees), which must be paid when the House is transferred to the winner. Likewise, there are federal taxes and may be state and/or local tax consequences if the winner selects the annuity or cash prizes.

There is no minimum number of tickets sold requirement for any prize, other than for the grand prize.

Vehicle Prizes

Winners must assume all fees, local, state and federal taxes (including, but not limited to, income taxes and sales taxes based on the value of the vehicle), winners' respective financing costs, if applicable, and license fees. Likewise, there are federal taxes and potential state and/or local tax consequences if a winner selects the alternate cash prize.

Where there is a vehicle prize, the following procedures must be completed for fulfillment:

All Manufacturer Suggested Retail Prices ("MSRP"), Approximate Retail Values ("ARV"), and estimated values ("Est. Value") listed in the prize descriptions are confirmed at the time of publication of the Raffle Rules. RMHC-SD is not responsible for any price changes to prizes and will award the prize based on the value listed in the Rules. If the value of a prize changes between the time of publication of the Rules and awarding of the prize, prize winner will bear the risk of any difference in price.

Experience Prizes

Experience prizes are as described on the RMHC-SD raffle website. Experience prizes are transferable. Experience prizes must be used by the specific deadline established for the respective vacation package. All taxes are the responsibility of the winner. Gratuities and fees are the responsibility of the winner unless otherwise noted. Winners of Experience prizes must comply with all applicable requirements and restrictions related to said prizes including, without limitation: applicable travel dates, age restrictions, liability waivers, travel documentation and reservation and confirmation procedures. Flights, transportation, and food are not included in any Experience prize. Blockout dates are located on the Experience website links and within the Terms & Conditions of the displays and winner certificates.

All taxes, gratuities, shipping charges and fees are the responsibility of winners who make non-cash prize selections for all prizes in the Multi-Ticket Drawing, Early Add-On Drawings, Final Add-On Drawing, and the Grand Prize Drawing.

At the time of publishing, all prizes are either confirmed available or expected to be available at the time of prize awarding. Prizes may be substituted at the discretion of RMHC-SD for a similar product of equal or greater value. Most prizes are expected to ship within six weeks of drawing date. Some prizes may take more than six weeks to ship; RMHC-SD is not responsible for any carrier or manufacturer delay.

All taxes, gratuities, shipping charges and fees are the responsibility of winners who make non-cash prize selections for all prizes in the Early Bird Drawings, Multi-Ticket Drawing, Add-On Drawings, and the top 10 prizes in the Grand Prize Drawing.

VII. Grand Prize Drawing Winners

All winners of prizes at the Grand Prize Drawing (except the #1 Grand Prize Winner) who have a choice of prize must make their prize selection among available options no later than 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on August 7, 2026.

For Grand Prize Drawing Winners numbers 2-10, if the winner does not designate his or her prize choice in writing by August 7, 2026, he or she will be awarded the cash option.

No changes to prize selection will be accepted after August 7, 2026.

Grand Prize: 1 winner. Winner's choice of one of the following: (1) Grand Prize House (ARV: $7,000,000); (2) $5,000,000 20-Year Annuity; or (3) $4,000,000 Lump-Sum Cash Option, provided that more than 60,000 total Raffle Tickets have been sold, as described in Section VI. Otherwise, the Grand Prize will be a $1,000,000 cash payment.

2nd Place: 1 winner. Winner's choice of one of the following: (1) 2026 Toyota® GR Supra® 3.0 Premium (MSRP: $60,650); (2) Horizons of the Old World Prize: The prize consists of one (1) National Geographic® Expeditions cruise, 'Spain, Portugal and Morocco: Atlantic Horizons,' operated in partnership with Lindblad Expeditions® + $15,000 Cash (ARV: $60,380.00); or (3) $50,000 Cash.

3rd Place: 1 winner. Winner's choice of one of the following: (1) 2026 MINI® Cooper® C 2-Door Hatchback (MSRP: $29,500); (2) Australia: Land, Sea, and Story Prize: The prize consists of tickets for two on a National Geographic® Journeys trip, officially titled 'Discover Australia,' operated in partnership with G Adventures® plus $12,500 Cash (ARV: $27,698.00); or (3) $25,000 Cash.

4th Place: 1 winner. Winner's choice of one of the following: (1) Harley-Davidson® Nightster® Motorcycle (MSRP: $11,199); (2) Best of Bali LuxGive Experience + $8,000 Cash (ARV: $14,200); or (3) $12,500.00 Cash.

All Grand Prize Drawing Winners numbers 11 up to 70,000 will be placed into Tiers.

Tier 10: Winner's choice of one of the following: (1) HydroJug® Giving Back Raffle 32oz (MSRP: $45.98); (2) Embroidered High Sierra® Computer Backpack (ARV: $55.02); (3) ONE ENTRY into the $5,000 Cash Replay Drawing (5 winners); or (4) ONE entry into the $500 VISA Gift Card Replay Drawing (50 winners). Actual number of prizes awarded shall depend on total number of eligible transactions.

ALTERNATIVE PRIZE RULES, TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR TIER 10

A Tier 10 winner of the Giving Back Raffle, prizes 736 - 70,000 ("TIER 10 WINNER") shall be defined as (1) an individual who has purchased one or more Raffle Tickets in a single Raffle Ticket Transaction ("Transaction") and (2) has not been selected as a winner for any prior Raffle Ticket Drawings including Early Bird #1, Early Bird #2, Multi-Ticket, and Grand Prize Drawing winners #1 through #735. These persons therein receive one selection per TRANSACTION of the three prize choices available in Tier 10.

For Tiers 1-9 Winners, if the winner does not designate his or her prize choice in writing by August 7, he or she will be awarded ONE (1) entry into the $25,000 Cash Replay Drawing.

For Tier 10 Winners, if the winner does not designate his or her prize choice in writing by August 7, he or she will be awarded ONE (1) entry into the $500 Gift Card Replay Drawing.

All Tier Winners can make their prize selection(s) online at www.sdraffle.com/reserve or via returned letter. RMHC-SD will provide prize selection instructions at the time of the prize win notification. Winners will receive a unique code via email or letter from RMHC-SD on or before Friday, August 7, 2026, to verify their selection at www.sdraffle.com/reserve. It is the responsibility of the raffle participant to ensure the accuracy of their email and addresses upon purchase or call our customer service at 1-833-524-2128 (available Monday through Friday 8 am to 5pm Pacific Time) upon any known changes.

In lieu of entering the unique code, winner may also furnish at least three of the following details associated with his or her Raffle Ticket to verify his or her entry: Email Address, Order Number, Phone Number, or Winning Ticket Number on either the selection link or by calling our customer service phone number. Once verified, winners can select one of the available options electronically on or before August 7.

A Tier 1-9 Winner who possesses two, three, or more Raffle Tickets will receive a unique code for each of their eligible Raffle Tickets. A winner who possesses two or more Raffle Tickets will need to verify each entry and make each selection separately following the same steps detailed in this section.

Alternatively, winners may make a selection by sending a letter with the same information to Giving Back Raffle, 2929 Children's Way, San Diego, CA 92123. RMHC-SD must receive the letter by August 7.

Winners of the Replay Drawings will be announced on or about August 12, 2026. RMHC-SD prizes are expected to be shipped to winners on or before October 31, 2026. To ensure the timeliness of your product shipment, make sure to confirm your physical address by Thursday, August 7, 2026. RMHC-SD reserves the right not to ship to PO Boxes. RMHC-SD will only ship to Domestic USA addresses including Hawaii and Alaska, but no additional regions.

VIII. Other Drawings

The following drawings and prizes are subject to the same rules and regulations set forth above for the Grand Prize Drawing unless stated otherwise.

Early Bird Drawings

The Early Bird Drawings are bonus drawings for eligible entrants who purchase at least one Raffle Ticket by the corresponding deadlines:

A Raffle Ticket for either Early Bird Drawing may be purchased the following ways: (1) received by SMS text by 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on the respective drawing deadline date; (2) initiated or processed over the phone by 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on the respective drawing deadline date; (3) submitted in-person at RMHC-SD, 2929 Children's Way, San Diego, CA 92123 by 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on the respective drawing deadline date; (4) received by fax at 619-916-3892 by 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on the respective drawing deadline date; or (5) mailed to RMHC-SD in which the package containing ticket order form was received by carrier by the respective drawing deadline date. Early Bird Drawing entry tickets are not sold separately and are only offered as an added benefit to qualifying Raffle Ticket purchases. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries, not to exceed 60,000 entries.

The Early Bird Drawings occur on or near their corresponding drawing dates, winners need not be present to win.

Early Bird #1 Prize: 1 Winner. Winner's choice of one of the following: (1) 2026 BMW® 8 Series 840i Convertible (MSRP: $103,400); (2) 2026 Lexus® LX 700h Overtrail™ (MSRP: $116,685); or (3) $100,000 Cash.

Early Bird #2 Prize: 2 Winners. Winner's choice of one of the following: (1) 2026 Toyota® Tundra® Limited i-FORCE MAX (Hybrid) (MSRP: $58,560); (2) Adventure Through the Galápagos Prize: A Cruise Around the Islands That Time Forgot Mitch-Stuart Trip plus $25,000 Cash (ARV: $54,500); or (3) $50,000 Cash.

Early Bird Prize winners must make a prize selection in writing no later than five business days after the drawing date. If the winner does not designate his or her prize choice by that deadline, he or she will be awarded the cash option.

Each Early Bird Drawing consists of a drawing bin and corresponding tickets separate from the main Grand Prize Drawing bin and tickets. For each eligible Raffle Ticket purchased by May 1, 2026, one Raffle Ticket will be added to the Grand Prize Drawing bin, and a corresponding entry ticket will be added to: (1) Early Bird #1 Drawing bin and (2) Early Bird #2 Drawing bin. For example, if one Raffle Ticket is purchased by May 1, 2026, one ticket will be entered into the Early Bird #1 Drawing, one ticket will be entered into the Early Bird #2 Drawing, and one ticket will be entered into the Grand Prize Drawing bin. If three Raffle Tickets are purchased by May 1, 2026, three tickets will be entered into the Early Bird #1 Drawing, three tickets will be entered into the Early Bird #2 Drawing, three tickets will be entered into the Multi-Ticket Drawing bin, and three tickets will be entered into the Grand Prize Drawing bin, and so forth.

The Early Bird #2 Drawing will consist of all eligible Raffle Tickets purchased by June 5, 2026, including all winning and non-winning ticket entries from Early Bird #1 Drawing. For each eligible Raffle Ticket purchased between May 2, 2025 and June 5, 2026, one Raffle Ticket will be added to the Grand Prize Drawing bin, and a corresponding entry ticket will be added to the Early Bird #2 Drawing. If three Raffle Tickets are purchased between May 2, 2025 and June 5, 2026, three tickets will be entered into the Early Bird #2 Drawing, three tickets will be entered into the Multi-Ticket Drawing bin, and three tickets will be entered into the Grand Prize Drawing bin, and so forth.

Multi-Ticket Drawing

The Multi-Ticket Drawing is a bonus drawing for eligible entrants who purchase three or more Raffle Tickets in one ticket transaction. Multi-Ticket Drawing entry tickets are not sold separately and are only offered as an added benefit to qualifying Raffle Ticket transactions. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries, not to exceed 60,000 entries. The Multi-Ticket Drawing will be held on July 16, 2026 for all eligible entries. Winner need not be present to win.

Multi-Ticket Prize: 1 Winner. Winner's choice of one of the following: (1) 2026 Land Rover® Defender® 130 X (MSRP: $105,000); (2) 2026 Porsche® 718 Boxster® GTS 4.0 (MSRP: $105,500); or (3) $100,000 Cash.

Any individual who buys a Raffle Ticket 3-Pack, Raffle Ticket 5-Pack, or more Raffle Tickets will be entered into the Multi-Ticket Drawing, subject to the following: (1) entrants must purchase three or more Raffle Tickets during the same ticket transaction, (2) use one method of payment, (3) use the same name on each Raffle Ticket, and (4) list the same mailing address on each eligible Raffle Ticket. The Multi-Ticket Drawing consists of a drawing bin and corresponding tickets separate from the main Grand Prize Drawing bin and tickets. For each eligible Raffle Ticket purchased, one Raffle Ticket will be added to the Grand Prize Drawing bin, and a corresponding entry ticket will be added to the dedicated Multi-Ticket Drawing bin. For example, if three Raffle Tickets are purchased, three tickets will be entered into the Multi-Ticket Drawing and three tickets will be entered into the Grand Prize Drawing. If four Raffle Tickets are purchased, four tickets will be entered into the Multi-Ticket Drawing and four tickets will be entered into the Grand Prize Drawing, and so forth.

The Multi-Ticket winner has a choice of prize and must make their prize selection among available options no later than 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on August 7, 2026. If the winner does not designate their prize choice in writing by this time, they will be awarded the cash option. RMHC-SD will provide prize reservation instructions at the time of the prize win notification. No changes to prize selection will be accepted after August 7, 2026.

Add-On Drawings

The Add-On Drawing are additional drawings, separate from the Grand Prize Drawing or any bonus drawing. Add-On Drawings are eligible for Add-On Ticket purchasers, with the first Add-On Drawing scheduled for May 27, 2026.

An individual can purchase as many Add-On Tickets or Add-On Ticket packs as he or she may wish; there is no maximum number of Add-On Tickets that may be sold. An Add-On Ticket may exclusively be available for purchase in the same transaction as one or more Raffle Tickets. Participation in Add-On Drawings is optional and not required for Raffle Ticket purchasers.

Single Add-On Tickets are $20 each. Discounted, Add-On Ticket Multi-Packs will be sold at the following prices: 3-packs consisting of three (3) Add-On Tickets are $50 and 10-packs consisting of ten (10) Add-On Tickets are $100. No Add-On Tickets may be purchased without a Raffle Ticket; Add-On Ticket orders will not be accepted after the original Raffle Ticket order date. Minimum order will then be $170 total, which includes One Raffle Ticket with One Add-On Ticket.

Add-On Tickets are only eligible for Add-On Drawings, and not Early Bird, Grand Prize, or Multi-Ticket Drawings. Add-On Ticket name and contact information may not differ from Raffle Ticket(s) of the same order. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries in any Add-On Drawing. Add-On Ticket(s) for orders received by 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on May 15, 2026 will be included in both (2) Add-On Drawings. All such Add-On Ticket(s), including all winning Add-On Ticket(s) from previous Add-On Drawing(s), will be included in all subsequent Add-On Drawing(s), if applicable. Winners of the Add-On prizes must make a prize selection in writing no later than five business days after the drawing date. If no selection is made by the winner by that deadline, the prize will become the Cash alternative.

Each Add-On Drawing consists of a drawing bin and corresponding tickets separate from the main Grand Prize Drawing bin and tickets. For each eligible Add-On Ticket purchased by May 15, 2026, one Add-On Ticket will be added to the Add-On #1 Drawing bin, and a corresponding entry ticket will also be added to the Add-On #2 Drawing bin. For example, if one Add-On Ticket is purchased by May 15, 2026, one ticket will be entered into the Add-On #1 Drawing AND one ticket will be entered into the Add-On #2 Drawing, and so forth.

The Add-On #2 Drawing will consist of all eligible Add-On Tickets purchased by June 19, 2026, including all winning and non-winning ticket entries from Add-On #1 Drawing.

Replay Drawings

1. Prizes. An individual who elects to participate in a Replay Drawing will receive ONE entry per prize selection in the respective drawing based on their Grand Prize Drawing winnings:

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries per drawing. An individual with two or more prize selections for a Replay Drawing will receive a corresponding number of entries into any combination of drawings of his or her choosing. More entries increase the individual's winning odds.

2. Eligibility and Limitations. Anyone 18 years of age or older who is a legal resident of the United States and is eligible by virtue of a 2026 Giving Back Raffle Grand Prize Drawing win can enter. All Replay Drawing entries must be in the same name as the original Raffle Ticket holder.

3. How to Enter. Replay Drawing entries are not sold separately. Eligible winners must complete the entry form available at www.sdraffle.com/reserve. Entrants must apply a winning ticket prize choice to one of the Replay Drawings by 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on August 7, 2026. Any prize vehicle, if selected, will be transferred to the winner "AS IS, WHERE IS, AND WITH ALL FAULTS". ANY CONTROVERSY OR CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE CONTRACT, OR THE BREACH THEREOF, SHALL BE SETTLED BY BINDING ARBITRATION ADMINISTERED BY THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION (PURSUANT TO ITS EXPEDITED PROCEDURES) UNDER ITS COMMERCIAL ARBITRATION RULES, AND JUDGMENT ON THE AWARD RENDERED BY THE ARBITRATOR MAY BE ENTERED IN ANY COURT HAVING JURISDICTION THEREOF.

THE FORMATION, INTERPRETATION, AND PERFORMANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA. VENUE FOR ANY DISPUTE SHALL BE IN SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA.

By purchasing a Raffle Ticket and choosing to participate in the raffle, each raffle participant acknowledges and agrees that RMHC-SD has the right, in its sole discretion, to elect not to proceed with the raffle for any reason whatsoever or for no reason, and in such event, a participant's sole and exclusive remedy shall be to receive a refund of the full price paid by such participant for each Raffle Ticket purchased, without interest.

X. Registration with the State of California:

By letter from the Attorney General's office, Ronald McDonald House Charities® of San Diego, Inc. has registered with the Department of Justice under Raffle Registration Number R-4009 and is authorized to conduct raffles in California pursuant to the provisions of Penal Code section 320.5 for the raffle period which begins January 1, 2026 and ends December 31, 2026.
